We are looking for someone able to
Main required skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Expertise in relevant technologies, such as (e.g., React.js, Laravel, Next.js, FastApi, Vue, and Typescript).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Other valuable skills
- Knowledge about infrastructure and devops.
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols, standards, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, HL7).
- Experience with other frameworks (e.g., React Native, Angular, Spring).
- Prior experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
