Telehealth & Online Pharmacy App
The problem
Patients might feel uncomfortable consulting or requesting medication for certain conditions such as sexual dysfunctions, mental health disorders, acne, or hair loss. This results in a big obstacle to receiving correct treatment, only aggravating their situation.
There’s an increasing desire from patients to get the medication on time without the need to physically attend a medical appointment for a prescription or go to a pharmacy to pick it up.
Given the increasing demand for primary care providers in Canada, it's important to seek solutions that can optimize their processes without impacting the quality and experience of care.
In Canada, there is a lack of telemedicine and apps connected to patients' health insurance. This increases the costs of care and negatively affects the patient experience.
The Solution
Felix platform allows users to have telehealth visits, request online medical assessments, get prescribed medication delivered to their houses for free, and use their insurance to cover the costs (when eligible).

Solution’s Features
Complete the online visit
Users with prescriptions can submit a photo of it through the platform for a Felix practitioner to review, approve, or decline it.
Get prescription
Patients can ask for treatment advice or clarify what they prefer (brand, dose, and frequency), and the info is then sent to the practitioner for review. This can also be done through an online chat for a better experience.
Check-out + free and fast delivery
Then, patients complete their purchases and fill in their insurance information before checking out to reduce costs. Requests are sent to Felix's pharmacies, who will ensure delivery in a discreet package for free.
Login and requests management
The practitioner logs in to their dashboard, where they can see all requests from oldest to newest. All practitioners access this dashboard with all the requests; the first to open a request takes 100% ownership. No other practitioner will be involved.
Approval or rejection of requests
They can check medical records and consultations to decide whether to approve or decline the requests. Also, get a summary of the dose, frequency, and brand, among other key data points. Finally, the prescription is signed and sent to the respective pharmacies to manage their final delivery.
Managing platform
The pharmacist logs in to their dashboard, where they can see all prescriptions, check all data, save the patient as a client and charge the delivery once it's completed.
