Growth & Performance Marketer
We’re looking for a curious and hands-on Junior Growth & Performance Marketer to join our Marketing team. You’ll work closely with our Content & SEO team to support Light-it’s demand generation efforts, test new growth opportunities, and turn ideas into action. We’re looking for someone who is AI-native, analytical, and not afraid to experiment, someone who enjoys trying new tools, testing ideas, learning from failure, and finding smarter ways to get things done.

- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experimentation mindset: curious, proactive and comfortable trying, failing, learning and iterating.
- AI-native mindset: comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to experiment, automate and improve workflows.
- Strong execution skills: able to take an idea and turn it into something tangible.
- Marketing fundamentals: understanding of acquisition, demand generation and digital marketing.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth, performance or a related role.

- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth.

- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
- Experience running outreach or demand generation experiments.
