Head of Data

As Head of Data, you will lead our Data team and own the technical and strategic direction of Data at Light-it. This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be equally comfortable defining a modern data architecture, reviewing a Databricks or Snowflake implementation, leading client conversations, shaping data strategy, contributing to proposals, and developing engineers. Your team will operate across three main areas: Client Projects: Lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and data products for healthcare companies. Data Strategy & Practice: Define Light-it's Data capabilities, technical standards, methodologies, and roadmap while building a strong team. Partnerships & Growth: Build strategic relationships with technology partners such as Databricks and Snowflake, while participating in sales, pre-sales, and solution architecture.
