Head of Product Design

We are looking for a strategic design leader who will lead and grow our Product Design team, elevate Design's impact across the organization, and help define how we partner with clients to build successful digital products. We are looking for someone who can help clients uncover the right problems to solve, guide product strategy, strengthen discovery practices, and build a world-class Product Design organization. You will lead our Design team, partner closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership, and play a key role in shaping both client outcomes and the future of Light-it.
