Quality Engineer
We're searching for a Quality Engineer who brings experience across multiple projects and demonstrates robust expertise in testing. Your role involves mastering end-to-end API testing and manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile, reviewing the test coverage that developers and AI agents write, and fixing what you find instead of just writing it up for someone else. Fluent English is crucial for client-facing work, since you'll run demos and write reports a client reads. Automation with Playwright or Cypress is expected as a baseline, but more importantly, we seek someone driven to relentlessly own and raise the quality bar across every project they touch. If you're motivated to help define how QA works here and make a real impact on software quality, join us.

Main required skills
- Test automation as part of your normal work, with Playwright/TypeScript or Cypress/JavaScript. We treat this as a minimum, not a differentiator.
- Solid manual and exploratory testing, web and mobile, with real command of test design techniques: risk-based and context-driven, not scripted-only.
- API testing end to end: happy paths, error contracts, auth and role-based cases, and verification of what actually landed in the database.
- SQL you write yourself, and the ability to say what a query result means.
- Experience building something with AI that keeps working when you are not there: a repeatable procedure others run, project context an agent can rely on, a check that runs on its own and blocks when it fails. Using a chat assistant to draft test cases does not count.
- Comfort inside a codebase: reading it to find where a bug lives, running it locally, changing it when the change is small and clear. You do not need to be a developer.
- Debugging that reaches root cause: DevTools, network tab, logs, and the code itself.
- Understanding of what regulated data means for testing. Real patient data never goes into a test case, a screenshot, a prompt or a bug report.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. The role is client-facing: you will run demos and write reports a client reads.
We are looking for someone able to
Other valuable skills
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain (HIPAA, GDPR, clinical workflows).
- Having led the adoption of automation, AI tooling or a testing practice in a team, and being able to tell how it went, including what did not work.
- CI/CD and quality gates: pipelines, blocking checks, test frameworks built from zero.
- Having shipped fixes to production on a team where that was not your job title.
- Having taught people outside QA to do QA work, in a way that outlasted your involvement.
- Agency or product studio experience: more than one product, more than one client.
- Something concrete you changed about how you work in the last six months, and why. We weigh that more than certifications.
